i have this 128 DDR ATI Radeon 9700 Pro w/TV-Out installed on my pc, well it says that in device manager so it should be that... i was wondering if this is from the All-in-Wonder ATI Radeons... cuz if is AIW.. then it would have analog video capture capabilities and i need to transfer a vhs taped video to my pc HD.. any ideas if that is AIW or not, thx

HI,

I doubt it is a AIW, they have a special pinout at the rear of the video card that an adapter attaches to that will give you different multimedia functions. If you had that arrangement, you would be able to distinguish the AIW and a standard video card.

An ATI AIW will also have a TV Aerial input from which you can recognise it as an AIW.

You can also download and run everlast home edition or belarc advisor which will inspect your hardware and report what it has found. That will also tell you if you have an AIW version of the card.
