CPU/Ram: 3.06 Ghz 2Gb DDR

Does anybody know if there is a tool in xp to test the memory
i know himem would do it for ME but that was removed in XP
is there something similar to this which could tell if you memory is damaged or something

Thanks guys

i tested a other program called memtest86 before which showed alot of errors in my RAM i think
hope one of those gives me some idea if its actually broken or not

I've found memtest86 very reliable. If it shows errors then you have errors. Replace the ram.
