Is there a way to make all 4 (standby-hibernate-shutdown-reboot) show instead of the shift key w/ standby-shutdown-reboot ?????

Yeah there is a way. Go to Control panal and open power options and click on APM and select it, apply it, ok it , and restart you com. and then try to cick on hibernate. from FARRI

Essentially, the site says that you run regedit.exe Browse to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\System\Shutdown Create a DWORD named ShowHibernationButton with its data set to 1. Logoff might be required for change to take effect

If any of the registry keys are not present, you need to create them. My registry matchs the example up through "System," so I would need to create a "Shutdown" key, then create the ShowHibernationButton DWORD.
