nope ... but if your open your mobo manual in a pdf reader, click the binocular button and type your query. that should work for you.

NO, you can't auto search the bios!

If you are trying to find a solution to a problem...google or M$ knowledge base would be the place to search for your anser along with kelly's corner
XP from AtoZ among others...

hello XpUser!

You are right whether you are just kidding or not! If you don't know about something...it is kind of hard to use it!

Kind of like why we are all here, right? LOL

So, I repeat my question from the other day. Why do people feel it necessary to post system specs in a signature?

Posting system specs has allowed me to get specific hardware and BIOS help, useful suggestions that have helped me immensely. I'm sorry if I have offended anyone, it was truly not my intention.

Sig problems are often overcome by logging out (& then back in) - see the instructions accompanying the 'Set' page

... and for some folks, the sig (and the OS etc fields) are used for braggadocio

If I know the answer I'll tell you the answer, and if I don't, I'll just respond, cleverly

XP got it. I just repeated my question in this thread because one user (don't remember who or which post) had his signature showing the complete specs of three or four machines he owns. So, I was just curious, and certainly not offended. :)

I like to think my signature causes people to wonder... :)

You got that right.

BTW, posting accurate & applicable system specification in the signature space helps articulate the thought process of likely helpers, this being an understatement over in the "General Hardware" & "CPUs/Overclocking" forum, where it keeps back & forth interrogation at a bearable minimum, for all parties involved ;-)
