"Pop Ups" not carriying virus, problbly an .exe file wich is an installer. If you got a virus problably you can,t use your PC. The NTUSER dat file is actually one of your Registry files. You can’t delete it because it’s in use and protected, and you wouldn’t want to because otherwise you’ll mess up your whole computer! NTUSER.DAT is the User portion of the Registry. That's where the specific information for user customization, application settings and the like is stored, so it will be "in use" for the user(s) that is/are logged on to the system.
