if you plan to dual boot with win9x or winme, keept it fat32 since they can't see ntfs.

if you have xp pro, go with ntfs if you can because it provides some security features, plus it lets you have larger partitions.

I don't know which one is faster since i've heard people claim either way. But I noticed that my computer was slightly a little faster when it had fat32

With NTFS you can create files bigger as 4 GB
For video this is interesting.
