my 1sy guess is not the windows OS.. Most likely you have some adware or highjack proventing you from entering cetain domains. Checklist: Adaware or spybot scan Update and scan for Virus Run HighJackthis and clean out highjacks. reboot if prompted.. also check the security settings on your browser. you may need to allow the activeX download to run and install.. Could be damaged as well.. If so remove the activeX that is buggy and visit the site again and allow it to install.
