I keep getting alerts that my CPU temperature is too high while playing World of Warcraft. Here is the screen where its showing my cpu temp. http://img375.imageshack.us/img375/...
Here is the screen that shows the voltage for each part of my comp.
http://img375.imageshack.us/img375/...I really dont think its for a lack of fans because I have the side of the case completely open and I even put my wind tunnel fan in front of the comp and it's still saying its too hot. Do I need a different power supply or something?

No, the issue can be several things or a combination of them.
1) the side cover off is a good thing for keeping a system cool but it depends on the fan configuration as to whether it helps or hurts the situation...by removing the side panel ; it completely destroys the air flow configurations through your computer and will sometimes initself cause a little overheating.
2) the cpu fan could be on the verge of failing...If it does not create the airflow needed to cool the cpu then it needs to be replaces with a faster fan.
3) the heatsink used to cool the cpu may be dirty or insufficent size to perform the correct cooling properties...either clean it or possibly replace to a better heat dissapting one....this could be in combination with the fan issue.
4) the thermal paste may be failing and needs to be replaced...factory installations use a tape application of thermal paste and this becomes brittle over time and needs to be cleaned up and replaced.
5) improper contact between cpu and heatsink... can also be a cause to heating issues...sometimes the heatsink is just not polished enough and causes a bad contact between it and the cpu (in microns)...this is normally refered to lapping the heat sink and can be performed by gradually polishing the contact surface of the heatsink with a finer and finer grade of sand paper
http://forums.pcper.com/showthread....6) It could be that your system is just not going to be cooled properly with the normal air flow and you need to look into liguid cooling....there is no specs on your system to properly judge this so it is questionable.
any of these or a combination of them may be the cause of overheating....
I would shut it down and disasemble the cpu/heatsink/fan unit and clean it thoroughly by removing any foreign debree and old thermal paste and then check the heatsink for warping at the contact point to the cpu and either relap it or replace it and the fan....I say this as it is best to always get this as combination heatsink/fan unit because it is engineered to have the best possible flow of air. Then replace the thermal paste and remember a little bit goes a long way. reset the parts and start the unit and if still being heat troublesom...look into liquid cooling to lower those temps back .In The Matters Of Style,
