This is only helpful, if there was really necessary data in the memory, that has not already been saved to hard drive, and you need this data back. Therefore, you can send this file to Microsoft, so that they will restore data from this dump file if possible.|
You also have to pay for this service of Microsoft.
My opinion something, a thing, no one really needs.
