Yes it is ok to defrag. The computer is just saying you dont have to waste your time on it right now you can do it later. Now if it really needs it when you do the anaylsis it will tell you it needs to be defragmented. You should do it then:)

you can actually set it up to do it automatically. my friend has it doen every night at like 2 am or soemthing like that. it cant do any harm, and if you do it everyday, itll never take as long cause its always up to date
