Specs: Windows 7
I recently tried to reinstall a fresh copy of windows xp due to my computer running slow. i deleted the partitions on both of my hard drives and created new ones. after formatting the hard drive, when the setup files are copying it randomly stops on certain files and says it cant copy the files. it gives me the option to retry, skip and quit setup. i have tried retrying and skipping the files. either way it results in the DRIVER_IQRL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL error. on few occasions i have made it through this setup, but when i get to the install screen it encounters an error and shuts down, or it just freezes up. Plz if anyone has ever experienced this or knows anything about it HELP!!!! thanks

In this article--
look at the section-
"Look for other hardware issues".
It appears to help you isolate hardware issues.

That article is for IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
