i deleted my old user account and i want all my pictures, music etc back but i cant. i checked in the local disk (c:) but its not there either if any one can help please get back thanks.

I suggest that you stop using that PC immediately. Remove the hard drive, hook it up to a different system as a slave or external drive and try a file restore program. Here are some examples:
