hi all, um, strange one here really, um, i have jst this minute had an ipod shuffle for my birthday and i cant for the life ov me get it to connect on to the pc. have have tried leaveing it on and putting it in the usb (2.0 )port and coming bk and installing the software and still nothing can anyone help me with this problem i really need help.....

You have to install the iTunes software first then attach your iPod. Don't know if it comes with all iPods but you can download it from the Apple site.
