I know this may not be the most suitable forum, but i need help. My ipod isnt recognised by itunes, but is by my computer. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled itunes but im no further on. Ive read on other forums about updating the software on the ipod itself. How do you do this?

Just restart the ipod as the ipod may be the cause of the problem.. All you gotta do is hold the middle and top button at the same time for around 6 seconds... this will restart it......
