I have this exact same problem. My PC randomnly reboots and this is the error that is in the system log. Anyone know how to cure this?

I have the same problem, random reboots of XP professional with this IPNATHLP code 32003 in the event log.
Dont know how to cure it, any help in debugging the problemm would be appreciated.
After the problem occurrs I find XP crashes (reboots no blue screen)when logging on to the user who had the error. Keep rebooting and the problem eventually goes away .... until the next time (about a day)
Motherboard is new gigabyte GA-7VRXP, AMD 2gb processor and 512mb PC2100 ddr ram
Graphics PNY Geforce MX 440 also using Hauppage TV card and SBlaster Live drive II,Does any one have similar hw config, it would be nice to eliminate the HW
