Specs: Windows xp,vista,7
when ipconfig doesn't work(you see:
Windows IP configuration
AN internal error occured: The request isnt supported.
Please contact Microsoft for further help.
Additional Information: Unable to query host name.
), and you check the local netword adapter getting 0.0.0.0, this is a typical error due to third-party software which cause the DHCP services terminatted by accident.

How to fix this issue?
1.type cmd in run.
2.type services.msc
3.try to start the service named DHCP
4.if you can't start it, it must because it's dependency services can't be started.
5. one of them probabiliy doesn't belong to system's service.
6.typre regedit
7. locate HKLM_System_CurrentControlSet_Services_DHCP_
8. on the right panel, double click to open "dependonservice"then remove one wierd one.(not NSI, Tdx,Afd).

You can just type services.msc in the run line. You don't need to go to cmd first.

Correct key is as follows [keys use \ not _ ]

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\DHCP

Under DependOnService you should have listed
Tcpip
Afd
NetBT
