hi guys, Is it possible i can know who,where and when computer is sending me a mail if the use a wrong email address i can be able to find them by knowing there ip address. Also how can i know my friend ip address who is sending me mails.

Not sure what your question is. Do you want to know the sender's ip address? "s it possible i can know who,where and when computer is sending me a mail if the use a wrong email address" what "wrong" email address? The senders?
View the email headers and they will pretty much tell you what you want to know. How to view the header depends on which email client you're using.
Also, if they're using a spoofed or private IP, the header may not show you their actual ip address.
