IP address is gone each rebooting

I installed Red Hat 8.0 into PC and assigned an IP address in both ways: ifconfig and System tool - Network device control.

However, each time reboot machine, the IP address is gone. How do I configure the IP address so that it stick to the ethernet card each rebooting
