I was trying to access my averTV but when I run the program it says that I am missing a IOctrl.dll file. When I look on the internet you can download it, but where do I install it. I also some web pages referring that it is a trojan virus. Can anyone shed some light on this and please let me know. Thank you.

The Aver drivers should have installed that file. Try reinstalling the drivers.
