'Invisible' Tabs in Display Properties

Normally, I can right click on my desktop, Click on Properties, then Have a nice display of the Display Properties. Now, all the tabs in This Windows, have gone 'invisible'. Accessible, but small and not apparent, can be clicked on, but are around 5w X 2h pixel sized. So I used the TAB and arrow keys to cycle through.

Explanation\Probability\Theory:: I played around with my Services.

No problem in Safe mode.

Any Help would be Greatly Appreciated.
