Hi,
My mouse pointer disappears at random. It's still functioning, only it's invisble. The only way I could see it is by activating pointer trails, or by restarting the pc.
I've had that problem before and decided to reinstall windows. It worked fine. But recently I bought a new harddrive so I have to reinstall again and after a few days, the mouse went invisible again. I'm sick of restarting. Is therea solution to this??

It's an A4tech Wireless Optical(battery free), the one which has its one mousepad which provides its power. Anyway, I'm sure it's working because I've tested it on 2 diff machines.

But what I'm saying is...try some different ones on the machine with the problem, so you can isolate the problem.

xpuser is right, you need to try a different mouse on the machine that doesn't work. The mouse driver for that mouse could just be bad.
