Specs: Windows XP
I am having a problem, like some others, I can only access the internet in Safe Mode with Networking. I can't use my printer and some other functions. I am not very computer savvy. So can anyone tell me a simple solution to this problem? Thanks!

It might not be a simple solution but one thing you can try is anti malware from malwarebytes.org

Download, install, update & scan. Show results, fix selected.

Thanks for the info. I tried that (if I did it right) and I still have the same problem. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Please remember that I am not very high tech in my abilities....so please go simple, Thanks (smile)

Since you said that you weren't computer savvy, I gave you the easiest thing to do. There is a software conflict somewhere. The next thing to do would be to stop some programs from loading into memory at boot time. That is done by running msconfig. Go to the startup tab. If you're not sure what to uncheck, disable all & reboot. Click ok & see if you still have the same problem.
