I have 2 computers connected by crossover. One computer has 2 NIC's one is used for a cable modem. When i had windows XP Pro on both computers, the internet sharing worked fine. But i've installed windows 2000 on the second computer and i cant access the internet in 2000. How can i share the internet on XP to win 2000?

hi
u have to check the textbox "internetscharing" (or like that) under --> proberties of network --> proberties of lan --> proberties of TCP/IP --> additional .... (only if u have the cablemodem is installt on the xp - pc)
on the 2k-pc u have to go to proberties of internet and make a new setup (better it will be, if u make a new network-connection anyway)
hope it helps u

ps.: if u can speak german, it will better for me to explain it ;-)
