CPU/Ram: Quad Core 4 Gig Ram

Is anyone have the problem where the Internet Options Contnet manager keeps popping up on the desktop when I start windows and try and browse.

No matter what settings I choose it just pops up and It requires me to ok it or cancel.

How Do I disble this thing.. It started doing this after Windows updated automatically

Check Start, Run, Msconfig, and see whats going on, more than likely there is a service that you can disable in order to stop it from coming up. Be careful though, if you shut the wrong thing off your computer will not boot.
