glenna56, I'm assuming that you mean the Menu Bar>Tools button which is the upper bar under the Title Bar. Can you access Internet Options thru your Control Panel? Do you get an error message?

If neither of tha above work go to the link below, click on "Win XP Fixes" (left side), click on "Fix Internet Options Restriction" (left column) then download the "xp_fix_internetoptions.vbs" file and run it. Instructions are on the page.

Just click the Start button and you'll see Control Panel. Download the above mentioned file from another computer and save it to a jump drive / floppy disk / cd etc.and run it on your computer.

Hello, I downloaded the file on a jump drive, and ran it on my computer. It did not fix my problem. I ran it from the jump drive. Should I save it to my computer and run it from there?

I tried that and nothing. It does say finished immediately, and advised to reboot. I did that but still can't download or access internet options.
