Hello,
While trying to open any pages from internet explorer, I encounter an error that comes up the second I press enter on the address I typed in the address bar, that I'm not connected to the internet or I typed the page incorrectly.
it's any homepage I try to reach, when I ping www.google.com I get instantaneous results , when I do nslookup I receive IP replay from a non-authoritative server but trying to access the actual webpage is just impossible, any clues?

you might try cleaning out the IE cache in internet options under general tab!
If you have some spyware or trojans in your computer they may be detectect by the website security and may not allow you to view the site. Also if you are trying to spoof or hide behind a proxy server you maynot be able to access certain sites.
Check your security settings in internet options and see if they have been changed. They should be set to default(greyed out if set to default) for all the settings.
The other option is to make sure that your antispyware programs have not over secured the internet....turn them off and see if you can go online. turn off the firewall.
If you are behind a router....you might need to reboot the router
