Okay, whenever I open a new window(internet explorer), the other first one disappears and i am not being able to open two windows at a time. I don't know what the hell is wrong but your help would be appreciated a lot. Thanks.

Felicity, Open Internet Explorer>Tools>Internet Options>Advanced tab and under Browsing uncheck "Reuse windows for launching shortcuts", click Apply/OK.
