Internet Explorer Vanishing???

I just ran Kaspersky AntiVirus and Removed/Cleaned a pile of infections using the method listed here.

My computer is now clean, however when I try to run my Internet Explorer...It comes up for about a second and then just vanishes before any site even has a chance to load.

You may consider the following possibilities: 1. Internet Connection Hardware. 2. Drivers for the hardware. 3. Browser Hijacking. If your Internet Connection Devices [Dial-Up Modem/DSL or Cable modem -Routers /Hubs etc] and their drivers are Ok, and the Networking Protocols and Services are properly setup, then the problem can be Browser Hijacking. Run Antispyware (such as: Myscrosoft Antispyware Beta, Adaware, SpyBot S&D] first. Post more details for other ideas /suggestions. Hope this helps

Ad-Aware finished, It found LMLServer IEPlugin and Promulgate. Still have the problem.

I just downloaded the IE SvcPK1 and installed it. Problem solved.
