Internet Explorer switching windows prob

If I have one Internet Explorer window (a)opened and I open a new window (b) and type in a new URL, they following problem occurs:
I'am browsing window (a) while the new window (b) loads its content, but everytime the new window (b) has loaded a new element (picture, banner etc) the new window (b) switches with the window (a), so the focus is on window (b) instead of window (a) which is really annoying :-(
