Every time I start the system, windows XP, Internet Explorer starts automatically and keeps opening the same window until there are 60 or more windows are open at the same time. When I try to close them, they come back again. The URL indicates the name "searchap" and the page is blank on all of the open windows. What could be the problem. Your help is appreciated.

You should run a Spybot check, as it looks like you have spyware all over your machine. Also, use msconfig to disable anything you don't recognize from your startup registry. Oh, and an Ad-Aware scan wouldn't hurt, either.

Any luck with these?
