Internet Explorer Homepage

Internet explorer always opens up to the IE8 upgrade page as the homepage. We have our organization's homepage set as the homepage through Group Policy and I see it set under the Options in IE, as well as in the registry. Is there anyway to stop the IE8 upgrade page from showing up everytime? Thanks!

webmattster, in IE, under 'internet properties', you'll see the spot to set your homepage. There're several proggies around designed to 'lock' your homepage ang not allow it to be changed. Google? Possible the upgrade planted a worm/trojan to change it on each bootup? Scan? HTH. Ed in Texas.
