Ive searched the database for previous article but their all pretty much "when i open another window it freezez" or "when a popup come sup it freezez". However for me i cant even visit any site without it freezing. And when it starts freezing its running at almost 100% CPU. I have just recently reformatted this laptop last week like i have many times in the past and this is the first time ive encountered this problem. Ive tried uninstalling from control panel and installing IE 7 from the microsoft website. Mozilla firefox works perfectly tho. Why is this happening to me...i thought me and me and IE7 were friends =(

Firstly check your PC for viruses. If it won't help then reinstall IE7. If it won't help too, use Firefox ;-)

Yeah seriously, use firefox. MS just can't get IE right. I heard that there are a lot of incompatibilities with IE7. I changed to firefox ages ago and it just works. Sometimes firefox doesn't load or show things correctly so you will need IE on rare occasions when firefox fails so if you can't fix IE7 I strongly suggest you uninstall it and go back to IE6 and only use it when you need it.
