Comment: for some reason any new user accoutns that i create, when using internet explorer, i will click on a link that opens in a new window, and it will exit the original, and also if i click file, open, new window, the same happens, there must be something exiting the windows, any one got any ideas?

Reply: Basic troubleshooting would be to run a adware. If nothing is found. Go to internet options advanced and restore defaults and check if problems still exists. brij
