my IE encoding got all messed up and now when i go to a web page all the words are big and i was wondering how you permanently change the default encoding back to the original. right now it is on Unicode (UTF-8) and i want it on either user defined or cyrillic

In IE 6.0 go to View / Encoding and then take your pick...

Are you sure it's encoding you want? I would check that the text size is not set to Large under View -> Text Size.

Yes, looks like the Text Size problem. Change it to Medium - this is the default.
