Subject: Internet Explorer Dragging Screen
OS: Windows XP
CPU/Ram: AMD Athlon XP 1900+/1Gig
Comment:

When scrolling up or down in internet explorer the screen drags and seems like it is having a hard time keeping up with the movements of the mouse. Any ideas, this problem just started out of nowhere and is VERY annoying.

Excal, It's ossible that your computer picked up a variant of the CoolWebSearch hijacker as shown below.

Variant 11: CWS.Tapicfg - Msinfo part 2
Symptoms: Slow scrolling in IE, redirections to luckysearch.net, hijack returning on reboot, info32.exe errors.

Go to the link below and download & run the CWShredder file which may solve the problem.

Figured it out, it was just the difference between XP drivers and Nvidia drivers, all set now, thanks for your help.
