can get on IE with laptop wirelessly but not on desk top. Help,I am ready to put my foot thru the desktop.

Jaffa 94, stupid thought. Does desktop have wireless card? Possible firewall settings are too high (maybe that should be exception?)? Can you get there with anything at all? HTH. Ed in Texas.
