Comment:

In Internet Explorer and Control Panel the language has been changed. But everywhere else on my computer the language has stayed the same (english). On Internet Explorer the language is only different in the Tools Tab. When I download a file off the internet with Internet Explorer, all the text is different and the RUN, SAVE, CANCEL buttons are in a different language too. In the Control Panel many of the buttons are changed to a different language also.I tried to change the language back to English and nothing has happened.

Further to the above suggestion, use this site to remove the spyware.
