Comment:

All the menus and bars on my Internet Explorer 7 are gone.
There are only "Back" and "Forward" buttons left.
Checked for spyware using multiple anti ad-ware tools - the PC is clean.
It's been like that for almost one year but since it's my mother's computer, I didn't bother solving the problem. She was OK with that.
But it is bugging me and I would like to know is there a way to show the upper tools, bars and drop down menus again.

Thanks.

Toggle F11 key to exit IE kiosk mode. If this doesn't help, Post back.

Just right click on a blank area on the top bar and check the items you want to view.

It's not the F11 button.
The F11 command works as with any browser and in my case just hides the few features that are there.

Right click does not show any options for adding components.

here's what the screen looks like: http://img88.imageshack.us/img88/13...

there are some good free spyware and AV cleaners in the red link. I would suggest running those and also doing a free scan with:

and remove all it finds

Hey, GhosT!
Thank you very much, mate!
'Alt' key is the solution.
Hahahaha, it is unbelievable how Microsoft's "improvements" can turn into real problems.
Thanks a world!
