Internet Explorer 6 Save/As Option

Comment:
Recently my internet explorer 6 downloads file without asking me where to save the file to or the option to choose Save As or open when you click on a download. I accidentally unchecked the box to choose Open As or Save as and to choose a destination to save my files to. I would like the dialog box to come up everytime I download files letting me to open as or save as. Please respond. Thank you.

Yes that box is checked. That is not the problem. THe problem is that internet explorer when I click on a download link automatically downloads and does not let me choose the destination or if I would like to save as. PLEASE RESPOND. THANKS.
