Hi

This morning, my computer has a problem to access the Internet. When the computer has just turned on, it could access the websites for about 1 minute, then it couldn't access the internet anymore because the EXPLORE.exe file uses 100% of CPU. After I ended the EXPLORE.exe file, and open Internet Explorer 6 again, but it couldn't access the Internet. However, I am still be able to sign in Yahoo Messegner. I also can ping other websites from the DOS Prompt screen. So what wrong with this? How can I fix it?

Note: my computer runs Windows XP Pro operating system

Thank you so much for any helps.
