To uninstall IE10, go to Control Panel >> Programs & Features.
In the left-pane, click "View installed updates".
Scroll down the list to find "Windows Internet Explorer 10".
Right-click it, then left-click "Uninstall".
There is no need to re-install IE9 because you've already installed it.
Windows saved it in a backup folder when you installed IE10.
Windows will automatically re-enable IE9 when IE10 has been removed.
Regarding IE10, many Windows 7 users I know have had various problems with it. It was actually written & designed for Windows 8 first, then modified later for Windows 7. On my Windows 7 laptop it won't work at all, yet on my Windows 7 desktop PC it works fine. Weird.
