Hi there, thanks in advance for any help! Problem: using win XP on a network with 3 computers, while surfing the web I cannot access many web sites on the computers without the dsl modem connected, however the main computer that is sharing the internet connection can access the same sites.
I am using winpoet 4.0, as when I was running windows ME, winpoet 2.0 worked fine, and all computers could access all sites.
Any ideas??? I am pulling my hair out over this one.

I had a similar problem except I was using Windows XP's built in DSL connection. How I fixed it is I used the RASPPPOE protocal. You can download it here:
http://user.cs.tu-berlin.de/~normanb/
It includes instructions on how to properly install the protocal and connect to your DSL server.
Make sure that whenever you enable ICS (Internet Connection Sharing), you enable it using the connection created by RASPPPOE.
