I lost my internet connection suddenly. When I tried to repair, it gave me " Proxy server could not be established. contact administrator or ISP provider". When I tried to find out my computers IP address its a weired number with alphabets, special characters. When I open internet explorer, its trying trying to connect to badurl.grandinteractive.com

Is that a virus?.

I tried rebooting my modem serveral times. but still the same problem.

I'm confused. Please help me out.

thanks,
San.

Your best move is to call the tech support of ur ISP at this time....they'll walk you through it.
