You got a hijack because of a number of things. One issue now is that your system is suspect. You have no reasonable way to decide if your system has more rootkits or such. The only for sure way is to reload from OEM media, apply security suite and service packs. Learn and use as many best practices as you can to avoid this.

Download & run HijackThis.

You should also scan for viruses & malware. This should all be done from Safe Mode. You might also want to temporarily disable System Restore, but be aware that in doing so, ALL restore points will be lost.

Which antivirus program are you using? AVAST, AVG, & Microsoft Security Essentials are totally free. Malwarebytes AntiMalware & Hitman Pro also have a freebies available.
