Internal Firewall problems

I need help.

My host OS is Windows XP that run ip 192.168.1.2 and my Virtual PC's os is Fedora Core 1 that using IP 192.168.1.3 (on the same computer; 1 computer only; using same WAN ip, 202.134.5.1; 2 OS on the same WAN ip).

I allow some serversports and its enabled (allow incoming connection to connect to my server software, such as httpd, ircd, ftpd) BUT when somebody from external user trying to connect to my servers, they cant login it except internet user. Below is my example ascii sample of networking.

external network
(notes: they cant login to VPC network/server)

also INTERNAL network 1 server.

Try entering the router control software and set the DMZ to allow the computer with the LAN IP: 192.168.1.1 full access to the Internet.

If you're running a firewall, set the controls to allow any IP you want to have access.

When setting up older versions of Windows as members of a network based on XP, I think you have to create the network disk (floppy) on the XP unit and then use it to establish the network connection on the older version unit.
