Comment:

I have an Intel 536EP v.92 modem. It will not display caller ID info with the packaged software "Fax Talk Net on Hold" or any other software that I have tried. I do have CID and call waiting services and call waiting is enabled with my dial-up connection. Any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks.

Hi Marty!

Are you in UK or USA?

If in UK then you are wasting your time if you have 24/7 dial up - V92 is not supported by BT under this circumstance!!

In either situation V92 MUST be supported by your ISP.
