... If you have HP instant share installed, just put in the disc and let Windows Installer finish its business. Sometimes even though the installation is complete, Installer has some file sorting to do. If HP instant share is not installed, Run the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility on it. Download and install the Utility, and run it. Find HP Instantshare on the list, left click once to highlight, and click "Remove." The Utility will get rid of the pop-up even if the HP application IS installed, but you will have to re-install it to the same directory to get it to work again.
