I just wondered if it is possible to install Win XP Pro on a black hard disk drive without having a CD ROM Drive? Does anyone have experience with this or is this just not possible?

You can start the installation from DOS with the WINNT command, so the answer is yes, but you do need a CD-ROM in order to copy the setup files to the hard drive to begin with (unless you copy them over a network). You need to copy the entire i386 directory.
