installing vb6 on xp - Doesn't intall Disk 2

December 23, 2010 at 06:03:26
Specs: Windows XP
After I install Disk 1, it tells me to re-boot. when I re-boot, I get no prompts for any other disks. I installed crystal reports (vs 4.6) from Disk 3, but when I try to run the app in development, I get a box that asks me for ms-access password. There is no password. Any suggestions.

What disk are these?

VB6 comes on a single CD plus a CD for the MSDN help files.

Or are you trying to install a VB6 application. disk?

If this is the case when you re-boot you need to physically restart the application installation with disk 1. You will not get a prompt.
