Hi all,
I have Win XP Pro installed and have set up several user accounts for my
family members. When I install a new program, if I happen to be in my
account at that time, the program shows up in my programs list, creates an
icon on my desktop, etc. However if I want that program to be common to all
users I have to manually create an icon on each individual desktop.
I'm sure there is an easier way to do this. I have checked the Help and
Support area and can't seem to find anything on that.
Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks
Gary

Right click the start button, then scroll to "explore all users". Copy and paste anything from one user to another or from one user to all users.
